We work with you anywhere in the Metro Philadelphia area. Springfield, Media,Swarthmore, West Chester, Chadds Ford, Broomall, Newton Square, Drexel Hill, Haverford, Paoli, Bryn Mawr, Narberth, Villanova, Berwyn, Wayne, Ardmore and Wynnewood.
2. Where is the location we will meet for the boot camp in Philadelphia?
Boot Camp during the winter and colder months is held indoors at the Trainer Hall on Spring Garden Street. This facility is heated, has bathrooms and plenty of parking!
3. What if I’m not very physically fit?Can I still join boot camp in Philadelphia?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others.
4. What types of exercises are included in the boot camp in Philadelphia?
Exercises include: Core conditioning, short distance running (less than one mile), muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit training, hiking, sport yoga, fitness kick boxing, Pilates, sport drills, obstacle courses, surprises, and more!
5. What do I need to bring with me?
You don’t need to bring anything. Just dress appropriately and bring water bottle! The facility has everything you need! Just come on out and experience the FINEST fitness system and women’s only boot camp in Philadelphia!
6. What can I achieve from group training?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence making a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. The camp program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and increase stamina. By losing fat and gaining muscle, you’ll lose inches and gain strength while looking and feeling better.
