  5. Eat every 3-4 hours hunry or not and use a carbohydrate with a protein and a fat at each meal.
  6. Utilize HIIT Cardio. This burns more overall calories than steady state cardio.
  7. Utilize l carnitine. This transports fatty acids into the mitochondria to be burned for fuel!
  8. Get plenty of sleep! Sleep is so critical in so many things including weight loss.
  9. Minimize sugar and processed carbs, pasta, bread.
  10. Plenty of water!
