10 Ways to lose fat !
Trainer in Philadelphia, Dr. Phil Nicolaou, suggests the following 10 tips for rapid fat loss!
- Consume 25-35 grams of fiber.
- Eat an apple before a meal to help you feel fuller longer.
- Lift heavy weights. 4-6RM.
- Use Green Tea
- Eat every 3-4 hours hunry or not and use a carbohydrate with a protein and a fat at each meal.
- Utilize HIIT Cardio. This burns more overall calories than steady state cardio.
- Utilize l carnitine. This transports fatty acids into the mitochondria to be burned for fuel!
- Get plenty of sleep! Sleep is so critical in so many things including weight loss.
- Minimize sugar and processed carbs, pasta, bread.
- Plenty of water!
