#1 Orange and Mint Yogurt Parfait
6 tablespoons fat-free plain Greek yogurt
1 large orange, peeled and quartered
1 ½ teaspoons honey
4 fresh mint leaves, sliced thinly
Pour honey into yogurt and stir. Place orange slices into a bowl. Spoon yogurt and honey mixture over the orange slices, then top with mint.

#2 Power-Fruit Smoothie
Ingredients (per serving)
2 cups cubed honeydew
1 kiwifruit, peeled and diced
1 Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored, and diced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup ice cubes
honeydew and kiwi slices (optional)
Mix honeydew, apple, kiwifruit, sugar, and lemon juice into a blender. Cover and blend. Once it has a smooth consistency, add ice cubes.
Blend once more until cubes are crushed and mixture is slushy. Garnish with extra honeydew and kiwifruit slices, if you so choose.
